Unless I'm blind I have no idea what he was originally banned for. The spam tool was used on him, but he doesn't seem to be impostering any website, and I don't think that website is a scam site from what I see. Maybe I'm not seeing something. I'll leave this for @Wortel since he originally banned him, or another mod who may have more insight here.

 

@King threads such as these look like Spam to me. We don't use the Spam tool for imposter sites only, we also use it for spambots for which it's originally created. Either way, this isn't a home IP match. @account_Googoo is @Diann his alt anyways, so I have DNT'ed that one.
