Wrongfully banned :(

Please read all the information. All of the information is relevant to my ban dispute. The account wrongfully banned is therealbmw

I made an account on Sythe to purchase a runescape account. I came across a post by Junior123, he was selling a level 118 runescape account for $160 dollars. I contacted him and we agreed to communicate through skype. I sent him the $160 through paypal and once it went through he sent me the account details. All of them except the information to change the password. The information missing was the account recovery email. I messaged him immediately and told him he forgot to give me that crucial information so I can change the email of the oldschool runescape account I purchased from him. He didn't respond until the next day, and that was after many messages being sent to him. He asked me what was wrong, and I explained to him he forgot the email so I can change the password. He said one moment and deleted me off of skype and changed the password of the runescape account. This event had happened 5 minutes before I had to leave for work. Junior123 bumped his thread about the runescape account he was selling, as if he was trying to resell it again right there! I saw this and immediately called him out on the page saying he scammed me and not to buy this account from him. I drove to work after posting that. I got to work and saw I received a warning from some moderator saying I made accusations without proof and received a warning. I explained to him that I wrote on the post I had to go to work and I definitely would post my case after work. But it seemed crucial that no one should be scammed by this guy because I was at work. What is more important, me having a possible fake accusation or this guy stealing money from people because I have to go to work and cant post the evidence immediately. If I did not say something right there someone could have been scammed money just like I was from this guy. Seemed logical to call him out and post the evidence one I get back from work. I replied something along those lines to the moderator and then was banned for ban evasion. I am fairly new to this site and I don't even think I was evading a ban. All I did was explain my reasoning of accusation. It was just to look out for other people on this site. You banned the wrong person. I will post my evidence here for now. when my account is unbanned I will post the evidence in a post on that account as well in the correct section. You can verify that is the one, by going to junior123 original post, he has a screen shot of his in game stats, search Winz on the highscores on oldschool runescape it will match because its the same account. At the end there take note I resent contact request and he is no longer sharing skype details with me. He blocked me on skype shortly asking for information to change the password of the runescape account I purchased from him. Lastly I will show you Junior123 bumping the thread even after I bought the account and was having problems with the password and stuff. This is to show he was trying to tell it again right there and scam someone else. That's why I did what I did. I believe I was wrongfully banned. Help me out please.

As I said before I'm fairly new to this site and will be very compliant about showing more evidence or whatever is needed. I'm not quite sure if I'm missing anything. Thank you for your time.
