tried to buy 2000 mil gold for RS3 and said since first time buying from this guy I will buy 1000mil first and if it is successful will buy another 1000. Asked before if he has and he told me I can proceed.

Upon payment I returned to the livechat and was being asked for identification by producing credit card and id card. I am against this as I know my paypal is verified and even my credit cards and am against identity thefts but well since I was not getting any help from support I did it so I took some photos of my credit card and identity card and sent them to the guy.

He than told me to wait. I waited and waited and was getting pissed off after 30 mins and the guy kept saying he is busy asking again and telling me I need to wait like all the others lol. Passed few more minutes and another person joined chat and they brought the excuse of shift changing which am sure is not the case and always same guy was there.

After another 30mins I asked again and she told me again to wait. More minutes passed and was asked again for paypal scanned image of receipt ....amazing as they should have received this on payment....than she asked me for bottom part of the receipt ...OMG ...than again she wanted another photo of the credit card with my full name. The photo I had sent them of my credit card showed my surname and last 4 digits which could be easily matched to the paypal receipt. So I told her to stop the order and asking for immediate refund. She said it will take 24 to 72 hours to refund

well if its not a scam this I don`t know who is scamming Sorry for using this account which I created today but since its been a long time since I played runescape I could not remember the pass and email of my main account on sythe but for mods to verifiy my username was : godwisper and never had any issues with anyone.

It's not necessarily their fault, even if they submitted the refund now it could take up to 72 hours because of PayPal. I'll leave this open however and give them 3 days, if you haven't received your refund after 3 days post here and I'll message them.

 

Paypal notifies you immediately once refund is submitted. Till now nothing received.

 

Tried contacting again the livechat but they said since I posted on sythe they don`t want to deliver and I need to wait for the manager to get to work for refund. This is crazy. How are these people allowed to open shop on here at the first place ?

another day almost passed and still no refund. This guy scammed USD270 and is still advertising on this board

 

Last time I messaged them about a refund, they refunded within minutes. I will assume since it has been several days that there is a larger issue taking place here. I have placed a ban until this matter is resolved

 

I've added them and they said they are refunding now. Told them to send me proof of refund ASAP.

 

They refunded
