Hey guys I need help ASAP. Trying to get on to work on my Runecrafting goal but my desktop is no longer loading OSRS.

The screen just goes black and does nothing. My RS3 client works fine so I don't know what the hell is going on. I'm using Google Chrome.

I updated Java but it didn't fix the problem. Just stays black screen.

Would really appreciate help. The game loads on my laptop fine. I don't know why it's suddenly not working on desktop. No changes have been made to it and I could load it up fine yesterday.

Update: The Official OSRS client works flawlessly. Would still like to troubleshoot my issues on Chrome though.

Reinstalling Chrome + Java didn't work.

Try using something like osbuddy and see if that works, to help determine what the problem.

I'm downloading the windows client to see if that works.

Would really like to resolve the Chrome issues though if possible.

I'm not sure what it is. Literally changed nothing but ever since the update today I can't load the game properly.

Client works flawlessly. Would still like to fix it on Chrome though too if possible. Any tips anyone?

I can't load RS Classic either.

No adblock enabled.

RS 3- Just gives me the loading ring forever. Does nothing.

RS Classic: White screen, Java loading ring. Does nothing.

Old School Runescape: Black screen, does nothing.

Did you try deleting the preference data thats stored on ur local disk?

Like clearing the Jagex cache like the main support page recommends? Yes.

Also, on Mozilla Firefox I also get the black screen.

@coleman - already did. No dice.
