OSRS Skilling Requesting a pardon..

Hello I would like if you can answer some of my question
I'm a banned sythe member
ive been banned since June 24, 2015. and I had to wait for 6 months and post a pardon ( [5/5]OSRS Skilling asking for a pardon for scam/ban evasion (waited 6 months) ) that got declined
i waited another 6 months to repost a pardon, but a moderator declined it cause he saw my skype on a post while i was banned
what happen is me and my friend was trying to buy an account and we had to post on a middleman post cause we needed one
and we used my sythe
i didn't logged in on his sythe account or anything but the moderator assumed that i did and didn't wanted to listen to me or anything he just insta declined and that's it

i would like to know if it's possible for me to post a pardon, ive stayed clean for so long and the problem with malik was a misunserstanding. i payed back the victim a long time ago and havent caused any trouble since more than a year

 

i dont buy it. also, this is more of a dispute than a pardon
