Although there are a bunch of high-price items such as 3rd Age Cloaks/Longswords/Bows & Twisted Bows, nothing of them have static value because they are still obtainable and more are always being pumped into the economy unlike Partyhats on original Runscape where there was no new way for them to be introduced.

Unfortunately jamflex stated they won't be adding rares as such the party hat santa hat etc like they did back in the day
