As said in the title, I've tried many times to kill him, here are my stats:

82 Hitpoints
79 Ranged
75 Magic
80 Defence

Not the best I know but I don't get anywhere close because I panic and fail every time, heartrate at 200+ like I'm in a warzone -- this snake really gets to me, and I'm so tired of it I just want to get elite void and be on my merry way. If I can't do it I'm just gonna give up for a long time. Purely a mental issue and I need someone who can stay calm and has done this before with a similar build.

Equipment used is void mage/range, lots of shark/karambwan, potions, antivenom+, etc. I've watched every guide on youtube. Took handwritten notes. Still panic. Weapons are toxic blowpipe and trident of seas (not toxic due to cash concerns but: if you need it, I will get that and as payment I'll give you both the staff and blowpipe if that's fair. It should be like ~6m). I really hate this snake. I'd pay real money for it to die.

This is my first time on this site, so I do not know the ropes and this is my only account so I hope you can have some patience while I get to trust you -- let me know what you need, your plan, etc. and I will help as best I can.

I'm not sure how to do payment first since you'll likely need the weapons I'm offering first to do the job, but once you get it done either you can trade it yourself to your main or let me log on and I promise to do it.
