[OSRS] Looking for basic crappy main.

Basically looking to start fresh as a main, i currently have a pure.

What i would prefer

.User-name login instead of email
.Some quests completed
.Skills not just combat levels
.A account that is hardly used
.A account with members
.I would pref cb stats to be between 60-80 atk/str/def/mage

I will pay more if it has membership/some quests/Decent skills/Staking level/A email that will be given to me/none-tradable items

I Can offer a few things.
League of legends NA account, OSRS baby pure(members), Possibly money by pay-pal deepening on the amount/OSRS GP
