OSRS Infernal cape question

[Patrick White]

I know lots of services are offered for getting infernal capes here.... but how exactly do they work? I know Jagex bans people that get capes with different IPs that normally plan on the account...

Also how much would a service like this cost with my stats? Screenshot - 217709e9445bfc890aa8bf608378e122 - Gyazo

What kind of gear would be required?
