OSRS Bot Farm advice needed

So I need a little bit of advice on the set up of a Bot Farm. If there is anyone who has a farm with over 10 bots running on it, please comment on this thread and I'll send you a PM for a 1 on 1 conversation! I don't want to know your method on farming, just curious about setting it up.

So I'm just getting back into bottling after a little break. I have a good amount of start up cash and was planning on getting 8gb ram on a dedicated server. Unsure on where to look for a cheap But good quality one. Also if there are any other specific specs I would need on it to run 10 bots. Would it be possible to run more? Are setting up dedicated servers different than a VPS?

And as for ban rates have you had more success with non exp botting versus exp botting? Trying to make a long term profit without having to keep creating more accounts

If you have any tips/suggestions on process of starting a farm, please share

Gold farming is very competitive, successful people aren't too keen on sharing much info.
You should ask your specific Q's publically here, and maybe some people will be kind enough to shed some light.

I'm currently running 12 bots a day but only 3 at a time on 2 different vps's. Just starting out so once I get rid of all bugs I will scale this x10 or x100.

One thing I noticed was that switching the ips too much on the bots will get them locked very quickly. A registered email will help to unlock it or else it's just lost. Also if you get to the point of automating the account creation, use a proxy in the same country as your vps to solve the captcha's (like when using 2captcha) or else it will get locked a couple of minutes after finishing tutorial island.
Botting straight out of tutorial island isn't really recommended. If you still want to, at least make it do some quests within 6 hours. Don't bot over 12 hours in areas with other bots. Use private scripts.
