Hey,
So a bit of a situation I seem to have got myself tied up in today and has backfired on myself for trying to simply bring justice to something that I couldn't let slide and has resulted in me being hit with a ban.
Just to be clear; This isn't a dispute for Twinz casino as I am not involved in the ownership of the server, but I would really like to provide as much context to this situation as possible and not only that, but my reasons for confronting @Andy today. I also just want to mention before this situation, I saw a recent report in regards to another admin on this forum named Video, in which I saw some similarities in that thread to how Twinz was being treated by Andy. i.e such as not providing full proof of his reasoning of the rulings that were made finalizing the report.
Twinz also messaged him personally on Discord after the decision was made just to simply ask where he got his judgement and what to avoid doing to prevent this in future - In which Andy didn't provide a response.
Now I'm not saying Andy is corrupt or anything but I really don't think he handled the report well, specially as I know what goes on in the Casino enough to say that 2 out of 3 of the reasons Andy provided for Twinz ban are completely false (all other hosts who have PAID for a rank I am sure are willing to vouch for this as well, even the 'low ranked hosts') which means the only way he could have come to a conclusion to enforce a ban on Twinz would be to have some personal judgement or even possibly forged evidence as this is not what happens in the that Discord server. People do use alts but there is no malicious intent to manipulate any ones chances in giveaways/bets or the other allegation which was "clearing out low ranked hosts on alternate Discord accounts" which is also incorrect as there is a system in place to prevent this & a custom command for any host to set their pot limit which determines the max amount they can lose from a bet. I also know @twinz even offered to PROVE this to Andy by inviting him into the server to help him understand, but not only understand, but to see it for himself - to which I don't think twinz got a response or was even considered to be looked into by Andy (shows laziness to me, or just one sided?), which would have been vital to the report and invalidated 2 of the 3 ban reasonings simply by him just joining and seeing it for himself. AGAIN this is not a dispute for Twinz casino I'm just trying to express my own frustration which led to my reasoning of confronting @Andy, which took a lot & which ultimately led to my ban a few hours ago minutes after the confrontation.
Eventually, after I failed to get Twinz to message him again for an explanation of his reasoning (due to him feeling it was pointless and not go anywhere), I felt I had to take matters into my own hands to a certain degree as it just seemed the morally right thing to do, I couldn't just sit back and let him take this on the chin when he's innocent, just as any real friend would. Although it wasn't in my best interest to do so, as I was in the state of requesting a pardon for something that happened in my past a few years back that recently come to light. But what can I say I'm a true friend I guess... so that was out of the question!
I then proceeded to add Andy on Discord trying to at the very least try get him to provide twinz with full reasoning of his ban with the proof - Andy accepted me moments after I added him, I proceed to message him, to which 2 minutes later my Sythe account got an alert and I was banned.. pretty odd, don't you think?
Andy then states 'he was meant to ban me yesterday' as apparently I had the owner role, which isn't true. Its somewhat true to a degree because I did get applied the 'co-owner' role 'temporarily' but this wasn't due to any involvement in ownership of the server, the co-owner role was just basically a role with Admin permissions in which I was applied it temporarily for the ability to create channels and webbook users, in which I made a bot testing channel & then a web hook application its self to show Twinz how I could make a better looking and presented advertisement to be posted in my server as he was one of the partners in my Discord. Luckily enough we have found the Discord audit logs to match this, however there are no direct chats as we were talking over call as we do on just about a daily basis... but I will link the necessary screenshots here and they can be verified over screen share if needs be, along with history of our calls on that date which took place. I don't have any sort of involvement in the ownership of the Casino discord which I imagine would only consist of splits on rank sales etc. I don't have ANYTHING to do with this, my only actual role in the discord is a high rank host.

Also there are many people who can vouch for me just being a host, including a few reputable people which I am not going to mention as I don't want to drag them into the situation, but if it has any sort of impact on the base decision then I'm sure they would be willing to come forward.
I will include the entire Discord conversation with Andy also so this situation can be fully transparent

I just want to clear up on the part where I said in the "old server" this is because he said he had 'proof' of me having the role and of course him not being in the current server I presumed he was talking about the old server, as lucky would have provided it him and lucky isn't in the current server either, which if he is then it must be on an alternate account. But also in the moment I couldn't even remember the situation of when I was applied the co-owner role last month (Mainly due to me being up all night and was ready for bed at the time of messaging Andy as mentioned in our conversion, currently been awake over 28 hours...), as it was just in the moment and never specifically asked twinz for the 'co-owner' role but just permissions so i could demonstrate the webhook message to twinz & swipe. So i figured maybe he was talking about a time where I could have been potentially applied such a role in the past as I didn't doubt his proof but couldn't clearly remember. Of course twinz just applied me the role to save messing around creating a new one as it is nothing but just Admin permissions of the server, in which we are long time friends and he knows he can trust me with such rights.
Also unsure how he banned Swipe & Twinz in the ruling of the report, but not me when I couldn't have been forgotten about as I was reacting to his posts etc. so my name would have been popping up on his alerts. He could have of course as people do make mistakes but its just a bit too odd IMO as if I wouldn't have confronted him I wouldn't be banned now.
I really do apologise if I went a bit too much in on the Twinz casino part, but it does of course have huge relevance to this situation and not only that, it needs to be looked at again as if Andy would have simply just not turned a blind eye on twinz then it all could have been proven and the bans could have been avoided, but of course Twinz will have to make his own thread in regards to that.
Also sorry if there are any errors in this report as at the current time with the amount of hours I've been awake I'm pretty sure my proof reading isn't the best and I really couldn't sleep on this so if anything is missing just let me know.
