Rental Staker Banned Mid Session

Hello,
I rented an OSRS staker from @League Solutions 's discord server. The terms of service (TOS) stated "You won't leave duel arena, you will keep private on, you will not rwt on the acc." I have no broken any of those TOS, and less than 2 minutes after logging onto the account and 30 seconds after transferring ~245Mil from my main, the account was logged out and disabled. I immediately reached out to the team which told me to log on and check the account status and the reason for the ban. This all occurred in 3 minutes after renting the account and less than a minute and a half after logging on the account without doing any stakes or even advertising for stakes or even moving with the money anywhere.

These are all the screenshots related to this trade, I'm willing to provide all the evidence as long as i can get it, furthermore, i've proposed a compromise, and im trying to find a middle ground with League Solutions.

 

Hey, thank you for the report. No hard feelings from etiher side here, just trying to find a solution, pun intended.

My side of things: I am not going to repay you the 245M that you (allegedly) transferred over to the staker.
Why am I not going to pay?
Yeah, I will admit - the ToS was a bit unclear before updating it, but it states ''don't rwt on the account'' and the account gets banned for rwt while you're on it... so? But I apologize for unclear ToS, should've been clearer - that's on me.
I'm not going to pay, because well.. I already am at a loss with the account being banned(and it's weird af, considering I had the account for 2 days and just bought a fresh 99 99 99 from someone here).
It's not like I booted you off the account, did anything to the account or scammed you in any way possible. It's literally jagex banning you, while YOU were on the account, not us. I think it's self explanatory you run that risk when you're renting an account (if there is no lies here, then you obviously got spam reported at the duel arena and that 245M trade triggered the jagex alarm systmes).
There is also no proof of you ACTUALLY transferring the 245M onto the account, the only proof there is, is you trading 245M in trade and never actually accepting (no accept screenshots).
In which case - I'd love to be reimbursed for my account, as the ToS clearly stated - don't rwt on the account, and the account literally got banned for rwting as you were on it, with no actual proof of you completing the gold transfer to the staker which leads me to assume that you POSSIBLY have rwt'ed the gold off the account, faked a trade screenshot to try to double up the money, or not having to reimburse the cost of the staker in case it gets banned for RWT thus breaking our ToS and getting the account banned in the process, for which I'd like to be reimbursed.
There was also a weird 4 minute delay between you renting the account and when you wanted us to start counting the hour, and then boom, account banned.

The 4 minute delay exists as i said in the chat that I am still gonna open the client and get my account to the arena to trade over the wealth, and the trade happened at 8:24, and I was contacting the support for a ban at 8:25, which is less than a minute after the account got the wealth transferred over, furthermore, runtelite's screenshotting system only screenshots second trade screens AFTER accepting the trade itself (you can test it yourself). Furthermore, My main wasn't banned for RWT which is the usual procedure for banning RWT. My guess is, its linked to the mules, but you're claiming that none of your accounts were banned. However, its physically impossible to conduct a trade and then RWT the GP off the account less than a minute later. As it was banned at the duel arena. I don't believe i'm liable for the account being banned and I need to reimburse as I'm a customer and you're the service provider. As an example, you rent out your car and it breaks down before the guy leaves your driveway , that means that the problem was underlying and existing prior to his dealings. which i believe perfectly reflects the situation. The only difference is that I lost a substantial amount of GP. and my compromise was more than fair, as I believe i'm entitled for the entire amount refund, however, I understand how business works. So we've agreed to mediation and resolving this here on sythe, let's see what the mods have to say about this.

I'd like to make this perfectly clear, this is not a witch hunt and i'd love for this problem to be resolved in an expeditious ,efficient and effective manner

 

For all I know, the delay was there to give you time to RWT.

Maybe RuneLite takes screenshots of accepted trades, yet it’s not difficult to just go and take a screenshot yourself and say “Runelite” did it. Even if you did trandfer tue gold, I don’t see how it’s my fault you got banned?

It’s most likely not related to my mules because a) none of them got banned, even ones with billions of gp on them. b) No. Your main doesn’t necessarily have to get banned when you’re rwting. Hence why people use mules. So your main is safe then. c) How would my mules impact the staker? We’re not trading over gold from staker to the mules, people either pay to the mule directly or if they wish to leave the gold on there we end up transferring it via drop trades as the sum is 1-3m usually, yet we’re not willing to take the risk. d) The analogy with the car doesn’t make sense, because if the car broke down, the guy renting the car may either have to cover the costs of the repairs(staker is the car) or do nothing at all. It’s not like you rent a car, car breaks down and the people owning the car end up giving you money, especially if you’re asking for 2x the price of the car if bought new. It also doesn’t make sense because renting a car is legal, renting stakers isn’t. You fully know the risk by using services discords through Jagex ToS. It’s not like we advertised that you have no chance of getting banned.
Also - the staker was literally bought 2 days ago, chances of it being with “underlying problems” like you’re implying here are very slim.

I am asking to be reimbursed for the account, because as it states in my ToS - do not rwt on the account, and unless you got proof that you got banned right after trading that 245m to the account and no other trades took place in between you renting the acc at 08:21 and you getting it banned by 08:26 I would like to be reimbursed for the account.

If you have substantial proof of you not doing any trades in between getting banned and renting the acc, then I simply accept the loss of the account, you should accept the loss of the GP and we both move on.

 

I disagree, the picture shows that the screenshot by runelite is at 8:24PM and i contacted support at 8:25, and i can show all the trades recorded by runelite but of course you would dispute that, that's the entire reason why we're here on sythe, we'll see what mods think of it.

 

8:25, sorry. So you had like 3-4 mins of extra time. And deleting/just taking runelite screenshots at top right isnt difficult. I agree with leaving it to the mods, pointless discussion at this point.

This is one of those situations where no one is really at fault. Jagex banned the account (and evidently many others in the last few days), and @League Solutions lost his account and @pyramidsz lost his gold as a result. Neither of you will be held liable for the other's losses - sorry that this happened.
