100% support his pardon. Haven't talked to him in years, but (as stated above) I've seen him trusted with significant amounts of $ + if he was interested I think he'd be a valuable member of the technical core.

He's a good guy. Supports.

Edit: If any staff have reservations, I would at least bring him back into the community with a DNT based off the sheer time that has elapsed and the lack of ban-evading that occurred.

 

Would like to hear @FireZ his thoughts before I make up my mind.

You omitted key details in your pardon about owning a phishing domain (?) and purportedly hacking other users.
As a result you failed to show remorse for those offences.

I think it is a precondition to any pardon or DNT that you tell us what it is we are supposed to forgive you for. You haven't done that. This is the fifth no support, so your pardon is denied. I would hope in future you disclose all things relevant to your pardon.
