    You reporting them to ICCC won't do anything.
    Your best bet is to just calm down and let them finish up. It always takes longer than they say it will, didn't you research any of this beforehand?

    Instead of looking at how they talk to you, why don't you look at how foolish your acting towards them.

    They don't speak english well and you bombarding them with words and arguments probably isn't helping.

    Bottom line is your acting like a child and not trying to work with them, but against them.

    If you want your order done, do what they say and let them be. If you don't want your order finished, keep acting like a jack off and arguing with them. I've done enough orders through USFine to know they don't scam and that all it takes is a little patients.

    Well 9 days to complete a 4 day order really isn't my idea of a good service, I'm not acting childish, I don't want them thinking they've got the edge over me. I'm just a customer, who cares what I think.

    If you've done so many good trades with usfine, order goldfarming and let me know if it doesn't take them 10 days to finish a 12m order.

    customer support says I can get a refund, says cancel dispute first (I'm not an idiot) suddenly the chat terminates.

    As I said, didn't you look around before ordering with them? They almost ALWAYS take longer on goldfarming than they originally estimate. They did for me too.

    You're acting childish by jumping to conclusions that they are going to scam you. You cannot get a refund from them unless you cancel the dispute. It will be like this for any company you purchase through. That is so that you cannot claim funds via paypal and receive their refund at the same time. You may not be an idiot, but from the way you act, I'm sure they think you are.


    Just be respectful and as i said, IF you want your order done, stop arguing, cancel your dispute, and wait. If you don't want it finished, change your pass, cancel the dispute and ask for a refund or make it a claim and get your money that way.

    It's really that simple. Why your making this so difficult for yourself is beyond me

    "I am buying virtual goods, I completely trust this site, I agree to not chargeback, If i tried charging back, Usfine have the right to show this email to paypal and it will void my claim. If anyone cheated, the money would go to usfine'paypal email: [email protected]"

    Nope, they said they can't refund me because the manager isn't there, I asked them when the manager would be there and they told me he/she is on holidays :s

    You shouldn't have a problem unless you sent the e-mail.

    From my experience, their manager is usually not there except from like 1 am to 8 am Chicago time. and yeah holidays and such...

    Just follow through with your claim and let me know what happens since I've never seen one actually go through.

    We warned you , please next time don't say smart remarks with a attitude like "At least i know im getting my money" or something, when they didn't. Highly recommend you next time if you ever order from another gold website, read some reviews. Better yet, order from sythe.

    First of all USFINE is a great site it is cheaper than all these fake scamming people here. Trustme I have been scammed thousands of dollars by this website and powerbot and i have never been scammed once in USFINE. If you Ask for a chargeback, You should get ur account banned or hacked because you are a scammer and that you should lose everything for doing dirty stuff.
    You buy small amounts and they would usually finish quickly. If you login and sell the stuff they goldfarm You would not get ur account done especially if its ur first time.

    Gold4rs has been good to me though , sold a few accounts to them.

    ok i just want to say that the customer service keep on push the wrong on customer, that is not the right way to do that. You now what can you do is waive it first and what usfine will answer about this, if they never reply at all or still keep think you are wrong, you just take back your money.

    This incident is just like my TV which my father bought it.
