Alright post some real proof that was said by me or that I haven't been banned for prior. My client denies this accusation and that TS server ran by n4n0 and trin is no more therefore this is merely a he-said-she-said situation which is not admissible. Yet another baseless claim which is also irrelevant to the case at hand; whether Abe "Abarta" Lincoln has posted on behalf of banned members more than what is already known.

The offer of restitution for Zeus' baseless slander and libel is still on the table, we feel it is more than reasonable compensation.

 

Since I do not have a court appointed lawyer present and cannot afford a private one, I am representing myself in this matter. The facts of the case are simple: Abarta continues to break Sythe rules by using the spam forum as a proxy to post on behalf of banned users.

In addition to the evidence I have already presented earlier on this thread, I would like to call forth my witnesses, n4n0, Josh0is0here, and Roary, (have the court subpoena them here if necessary) and have them testify under oath and share their views/expertise on the matter.

In conclusion, Abarta's current spam forum ban should be prolonged until he learns to respect and abide by the rules of this site. Not only is he a menace on the site, but also off site. Please look at the number of times Abarta has been permanently banned from TS for harassing both n4n0 and Trin here: http://www.sythe.org/community-general/1648988-sythe-org-official-teamspeak-server-17.html I've counted at least a half-dozen times. The opposition thinks the above is not relevant at app, but I disagree entirely. This absolutely is relevant because it further proves Abarta is here out of pure spite and has no regard for rules put in place to maintain peace, order, and stability.
