Option to hide miniranks

There's really no downside in being able to hide them.

Those who are happy with the miniranks they've accumulated can leave them shown, those who find them distracting can simply disable them.

the donor perk would appear as is, but individuals could change it ao THEY specifically can only see X amount. because i like miniranks and what they do but i dont want eye-sores everywhere.

If I understand this correctly, do you mean disable them completely from the user's preference or only show a certain amount? I wouldn't support disabling them completely but having a certain limit for the user's own preference sounds good.

 

Preferably you could type in a number and that's how many would show up.

 

I'd support choosing between 10,20,30, etc.. Just any "number" would be a bit difficult since how do you choose which miniranks are displayed and which aren't.

 

For example if my preference was set to 4, when I saw you post I would see Gooby, Panda, Doge, and Pokeball.

I'd have to go with Roary's suggestion. It seems the most logical. 1 row is good enough. No need to stretch the page.

 

big support, i us a 1920x1080 resolution and 1 row is enough, but an option to disable showing them would also be nice

 

An option to hide them would be good, I can't be bothered scrolling past bogden and his 1000 mini ranks.

 

Shits irrelevant when all the people (or atleast MOST) are $300+ donors. Effectively making this rule useless.

This. One row isnt too bad. But I mostly use my phone to browse sythe, when you run across someone with 2+ rows it stretches my screen out, looks like shit and generally makes my sythe experience less enjoyable.

It makes the site look awful, there shouldnt be a donar perk that affects the rest of the site so drastically.

 

I would support this, also allow that number to be 0 if you choose. Mini-ranks are extremely annoying and turned into a bit of a joke (as predicted) instead of increasing activity.

 

It's now possible to hide participation ranks (yours and other people's).
