Hey man still that's awesome to see that a IFBB pro used to at one time play runescape. Just like Zyzz played WoW. Cool.

 

He's a pretty cool guy but his overuse of the word fuck is pretty annoying. As for steroids, they aren't used just to get big. Trenbolone, for example, is very useful because it's extremely anabolic, which makes it easy to build muscle mass. It also retains that mass in a calorie deficient mode. You'll be shredded as fuaaaaaaaaaaark year round. I have an uncle and two aunts who compete at a national level (NPC Men's Physique and Figure), and the difference between them and the natty's at our gym is pretty fucking obvious.
