@bdubsw93 (Runofthebulls) Recently came to HopeAIO looking for services done.

He has used us before in the past through our ticket system on discord. He opened up an order for angler’s outfit and prospector outfit for 37950k (38M)


Everytime a new ticket is opened (and when users join Hope's discord) they are presented with a ToS

Terms of Service:
1. You will provide everything needed for the service. Unless stated and agreed upon otherwise.
2. You MAY NOT log into the account whilst a service is being done for you unless you have permission from the owner of the service. If you log in without permission it will result in the termination of the service with NO REFUND.
3. When you order from our services, you accept and acknowledge that you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account. If you fail to remove said wealth, (unless given a valid reason), my workers and I are not responsible for any potential loss of wealth.
4. If my workers or myself are unable to complete an order, you will be refunded the value of what is left.
5. Myself and my workers reserve the right to decline any orders
6. Any infractions to accounts while doing services are not our responsibility. We will be happy to provide any all screenshots throughout to prove it's hand done
7. Leaving a vouch isn't mandatory but greatly helps!
8. No refunds will be given upon any bans because everything will be done by hand and no bots will be used during services 9. You must change the password of the account once the service has been completed 10. By ordering with us you agree to our TOS.

Part way through the order our newest employee was messaged by an imposter of myself asking for the account details for his current order. Our employee didn't know the standard so he gave the account information to the imposter and logged off of the account.

According to Bulls the imposter came onto the account and scammed his bank, untradeables and the RSN of the account which was a 2 letter/digit.

@Hope Services was super quick in fixing this situation for the customer and they both agreed on 340m for a refund of the services and the troubles that occurred (the lost rsn) And hope also agreed to re-obtain any untradeable items on the account. (check deleted post for screenshot of payment contains rsns)

After paying the user the full refund Hope advised the user to take the gold off of the account before re giving the information to our employees to start the process of getting the untradeables back

Bulls then gave the account information back to our employee who logs in and wants to transfer items over to reobtain the firecape. after a screenshot of one of the employee shows an empty bank bulls starts freaking out saying he left the money on the account after Hope told him expressly not to and our ToS states all unnecessary wealth must be removed.

In addition he claims to have posted his login and password on our ticket (It's not posted there) despite us previously telling him where login information goes


After all this was over the I get a message from @Assassin to antiscam the name that was taken off of the account. I give Assassin and Alexander permission to antiscam the name back as we had proof it had not changed accounts since being taken off of the user's accounts (ie still in possession of the scammer)

Assassin was successful with his antiscam and is now in possession of the account, the issue here and why we are having this dispute is because Hope Provided a refund in lieu of the RSN. If we give Bulls the RSN we would be at a loss of 302M (minus the refund for the services not provided) And Bulls is unwilling to give us the RSGP for the account.

We just want to be made whole for the amount given to bulls in lieu of the RSN.

• If the bulls gives us the RSGP we paid for the RSN back we would love to return it to him
• If not we would like permission to get assassin to sell the RSN and recoup our loss/Give any extra funds back to Bulls

Also in addition, Bulls had not changed his password from previous services despite also being against our ToS.

 

It’s pretty comical that you’re making me to be the villain or antogonist here when I put my trust in hope’s services and he hired an incompetent worker. Causing me to lose my stuff in the first place. And maybe you should have a better system in place where not ANY one person can view the ticket. Especially when you also have imposters DM’ing people. Maybe move off of discord? Lol what a joke.

 

We are not trying to make you out to be the villian, we just don't want to be held responsible for you not following out ToS or instructions which caused you to lose the money on the account, which you promptly blamed on us.

Nobody except for you and Hope's staff can view your tickets so not sure why you are claiming anyone can view the ticket

We are not treating this like a joke; I implore you not to aswell.

 

@bdubsw93 - Compensation for the name will need to be returned so that the username can be placed back on the account

The original order payment can be kept and any agreed to untradables can also be obtained

While @Hope Services did compensate this user for the name/untradeables/service an employee sending the info to an impostor places the account at risk so a TWC has been added. You can apply for the removal in 30 days here: Dispute a Ban or TWC

Spoke with a few other staff and removed the DNT on @bdubsw93

 

As per talking with @Pendulum @Alexandre was able to sell the RSN, we have an extra 28M vs what we paid in lieu of the rsn that needs to be refunded to @bdubsw93
