op is an imposter scammer

Explanation of the trade: I was going to sell a rs name to them and i had my auth on my other phone so i told them that i couldn't login through runelite so i asked them to log in via steam instead. They transfered the name and wont send me payment accusing me for have stealing the name. They also looked through my bank on my account which is total against their own TOS i never gave them permission to do so. id like to send screenshots here but they removed me from their discord (Banned me )

 

The name you sold us we sold to the current owner and he is our customer and you are a known imposter scammer of Probemas, confirmed by staff and Probemas themselves.

The craziest part is you impersonated the actual owner of the name by copying their profile pic. Bet you thought you were giga smart there LOL

I have posted a deleted post for staff with proof the user in the screenshot above is the current/og owner of the name as well if there is any more doubt. We can also give any sythe mod access to the ticket as well. Thanks. Way to post from a guest account too bud so you won't get further tracked for ban evading

Where I identified an imposter scammer trying to sell one of our customers rsn. Through our great knowledge of the game mechanics, I was able to engineer a tactic through Steam which was the option provided from me from said imposter, and was able to safely take control of the rsn they were trying to sell. The name is safe on my own personal acc till further due.

I’m posting this to clarify that I am the rightful and original owner of the RuneScape name “Chapo.”

Recently, I was scammed by an impersonator pretending to be “Assasin.” This individual fraudulently obtained access to my name and has been attempting to use it under false pretenses. I have plenty of proof confirming both my legitimate ownership of the “Chapo” account and the actions of the scammer involved.

I’m sharing this to warn others in the community — please be cautious of anyone claiming to be me or offering deals connected to “Chapo.”
If you’ve interacted with someone under that name recently, DM me directly for verification before proceeding with any trades or agreements.

I will also be providing screenshots and supporting evidence to moderators or any community members who need verification.

Appreciate everyone who has reached out — we all know how important reputation and name integrity are in this community. I’m just here to set the record straight and make sure no one else gets caught by this impersonator.
