Threatening me online to hit me and destroy my property.
Disturbing the peace.
Harassment.
Putting me in fear of my life.
Uses a fake ID, a federal offense identity theft.
Suing for Discomfort (pain and suffering), Physical injuries (swollen left cheek as seen by the nurse and police recorded).
Damages for emotional injuries ( I fear for my life).
Wreck less endangerment of other peoples lives. (Frequent steroid user, smokes marijuana, uses a fake ID to serve alcohol to minors which caused a girl to have her stomach pumped from his direct buying of alcohol and letting her drink it.
Criminal Assault and Battery, had malicious intent to hurt has been in plenty of fights school record shows that. Did Jiu jitsu might have his hands classified as a weapon. He slapped me across the face, head butted me, and grabbed my neck and pushed it down and kneed me left eye and cheek. Was swollen. School nurse has record as well as being written down in the police report that officer D. Trasher has.
Bullying, tossed me around forced me to go outside. When confronted he said lets take a walk while he squeezed my shoulders, I said “ you seem mad” he said step out side before I get mad. To keep the peace I went along with it. He hit me numerous times I never hit him back as I feared for my life.
Cyber Bullying, told me numerous times on FaceBook he was going to hit me in the face on many occasions. One of them on Halloween when he was on a drug called “Zanx” and threatened hurt me.
Threatened me online to hit me and destroy my property, said he would break my windows and piss in my mailbox and hit me as described as above, a threat carried out by him as seen. This conversation was two days ago on 12/6/2012 on FaceBook when he said he would hit me. On November 29th he told me to fight him. When asked why he said and I quote “ i want to see how much damage i can do on your face “. November 12th he said and I quote “like i have a side that wants to kill people “. Clearly a menace to society that can't even function in the real world. November 12th “if u ever say that again“ i will talk to ur house piss in ur mailbox then light yur house on fire and smash all the windows in with a bat”. This was in response to a joke of him getting my “sloppy seconds” . Some of his actions are purely to hurt other people as seen here on October 26th “the kiss was to make her feel like shit cause i did it then pulled her hair and pushed her back n walked away and the stuff done to her ass is just so everyone knows shes a dirty slutn now everyone does”. He did this purely to insult the girl and make her look bad. This isn't someone to function in a “normal” society. Can be proven via Facebook chat logs.

Disturbing the peace- Fought at school, wasted my friends time who had to sit there and make sure it didn't escalate as they saw me being bullied and hit. Where as I could have been in class after but had to sit in the office to file the report and missed my class of Algebra with finical applications which is a class I need to pass to graduate.
Harassment. Harassed me on FaceBook after when I posted a status about me pressing charges; and forced me to speak outside with him basically so I wouldn't disturb the peace.
Putting me in fear of my life, everything he said and does he is on steroids and doesn't know what he is doing half the time as well as other drugs which he can be tested for of course. He knows where I live and has been to my house on more then one occasion and now that he knows I'm pressing charges he has nothing to lose.
Uses a fake ID, a federal offense identity theft., he has a fake ID and has used it to buy alcohol which can be checked on the camera's of liquor stores. Used the alcohol one day to get a girl drunk where she had to get her stomach pumped after because he made her drink to the point of no return and asked her to bring “Zanx” bars to the party so he could use them and then made her take them as well telling her to drink on it so he could try to “Hook up” with her. Would be considered rape but the girl won't admit to it as they are friends but witness’s will testify.
The actual fight, the school camera caught some of it but some of it was off camera. I have three witness’s who saw it. One who was there from the very start and two who came in after to make sure it didn't escalate. Egis Seputis was the first person to be there for the entire thing, Filipe Lacerda
, and Victor Silva. I never touched him, I simply explained my self and he kept hitting me and verbally assaulting me with insults such as “A slime piece of shit”. After he was done my friends got in the way not touching him but telling him to move away and he doesn't want to do this. I walked out, went to the cafeteria grabbed my backpack walked to the office informed Ms. Peggy of what happened, she informed Ira Sollod the Assistant principal while I was being treated by the nurse for injuries of my swollen left eye cheek, recently my nose as started to hurt so it's possible the adrenaline hadn't made me notice at the time. I then talked to the school police officer D. Trasher ID “828” and filed a police report agreeing to press charges. Ira Sollod made sure me and the offender were kept in separate rooms and had no altercation after the incident to keep my safe and out of harms way. I then went on with my day.
