[Denied] Only show threads by donators button?

Hi, I like using the market sometimes, and I trust donators more because they show commitment to Sythe. Of course that doesn't mean non-donators are scammers, but maybe I think as a perk for donating, and as a convenience to end-users, add a button when browsing the market to "Only show threads by donators"? This would be disabled by default.

 

This is already an option as most donor's put their donator status in their thread you just have to use the search bar like so

 

Oh okay that would work then! As long as donators are saying they are donators, or somewhere in thread that's fine too. Maybe another idea for this could be an overall form search function, to only show threads by X rank, and let people click options for ranks, just an idea, i dunno lol. Not worth it IMO. The site is already backlogged years on suggestions of minimal use.

 

This is actually a pretty neat idea. It would work really well within the account sales section. You could search based on donation level (5/100/200/300, etc.). You could even take it further and have a way for users to apply for a "# of vouches" rank that you could search by as well - IE - 10+ / 50+ / 100+ / 500+ /1K+ / etc. vouches. Unfortunately though, as magz said, I don't ever see this actually being implemented.

Great idea IMO, but it would likely take lots of work.

 

Someone having donated does not necessarily equate to them being trustworthy, and I think this would reinforce the idea that it does.

With that being said I don't think it's an all around bad thing to have as an option, but people shouldn't be trusting someone just based on their donated amount.
