Don't worry man, he's trolling us because he listens to rap and hip-hop, which is laughable in itself.

Half of the people that listen to Death Metal (including a lot of my friends) listen to it for the instrumentals, not the screaming. Also, if they scream like girls, the girls that you hang out with and probably date most likely have unnaturally high levels of testosterone and a ball sack to boot, unlike you of course Arsenal.

Death Metal is a particular genre. So is rap. So is rock. So is reggae. They're all genres, and different people listen to different things. I've listened to heavy metal and hard rock since I was 10 years old, so for me, all metal is all awesome (with exception to the worst bands in the world: Slipknot, Korn and System of a Down).
