~Only Buy 25K at a Time~

So recently I decided to go for 99 Magic on my main, and was checking the needed alching amount for 99.

So I go to the GE and see I need 190K Natures from 67 to 99, and I decide to buy em all at once. Next thing I see, only 25K sold exactly and kind of wondered why.

I thought it was only because that's how much was being sold so I waited and my friend who is going for 99 also bough the same amount and only got 25K as well.

So the main discussion here is, why are we limited to 25K every 4 hours? Whats the purpose? I would like to know.

So, I am pretty pissed off that now I cannot buy all my Natures to run my bot , post your comments on this, I'd like to hear it

 

There are 4/hr limits on the runes.

For natures, you may only buy 25k per 4 hours.

 

there is a ge limit you will get 25k every 4 hours provided there is any left at that price

i have over 130k nats on one account if you would like to buy them off me ge price tommrow or somthing if you really dont want to wait

 

You can only do like at max 5k alchs in 4 hours, so you can get all 190k runes within like 40k alchs..

 

Hmm alright, I just found out all my friends can buy them for me so I am in luck, thanks for the comments though

 

It's complete bullshit you can only buy 250 btp tabs each limit too

No, max is 1.4k per hour I think.

 

Having the same problem with herbs, limit on 10k/4h. But I can clean all of them in like 1 hour, or 2 max

 

First of all, who in Gods name would still be using the High Alchemy spell nowadays?

 

The GE limit is to prevent flippers from destroying the market.

If there was no limit, I could flip hundreds of mils in profit hourly. But yea it sucks for the people that want to bulk buy.

 

For people who don't have lunars or a good stun/alch bot.

 

there are many decent free stun/alch bots out there, many.

 

alching to 99 is slow and depressing if you want it fast

bursting mummies/apes is the best.. you cant really bot that but it would take 10x as fast

 

Yeah, there is a bulk limit on almost every item. Runes are 25k / 4 hours, armor 100 / per hour, etc.

 

Just take more out of the G.E every 4 hours or so?

 

Superheat item is the way to go. 99 magic/smithing is sexy.

 

I agree that the limits are super annoying and in most cases, probably unneeded
