Tbh a LOT of people I know are doing the soft food diet... Basically liquids and ice cream.. losing 2 - 3 lbs a day... It's honestly astounding.

Spread your meals out throughout the day so you are eating more often and avoiding being hungry. Also research low calorie dense foods so you can fill yourself up more
