Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I never scammed anyone, so can't provide proof of repayment. The steam account is permanently banned, more information follows below.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: My steam account got hacked alongside my email and facebook, and someone used that account to scam items (all of my items were stolen as well) and the only thing that remained were the trade locked ones, which are still on the account due to the permanent steam trade ban. I have never scammed anyone, nor participated in any scam schemes or encouraged such behavior. I am a highly reputable member on multiple forums, including Epvp, HF, as well as a Security Software Engineer - I fight hacking and scamming, not participate in it. The steam account was mine, but the actions taken on it were not. The reason why I want to get the account back now is the return of interest in Runescape as a game and the services that Sythe has to offer within it.

I don't think there is anything to forgive, the decision to be made is whether I should take responsibility and punishment for being a victim of an attack 7 years ago. I believe I talked to staff on discord back then and tried to explain the situation, but got denied before I explained the situation fully. At that time I lost my entire Steam inventory, it caused a mess for me on facebook with the scammer dm'ing my friends and family, and lost many other accounts across other games (Darkorbit, Margonem, and so on..).

Don't think the other ones were ever used, other than to see my actual ban reason since I couldn't access it without logging in on another account and viewing the ban thread content.
