that's why they should get demoted after a time of inactive middlemanning.

I don't think there's any ethical way to stop an OMM from scamming. Imo, the best solution is for users to use good trading methods (like Joe Rogan did) so that, in the event the OMM does scam, they will be punished.

Yes, I think you are right and also there should be a maximum cap of 500m a trade, just incase a OMM scams, and if a larger trade is warranted or desired it can be done in multiple trades to prevent scams. Also newly promoted OMM's should have smaller caps than more experienced ones, just my opinion.

How is the cap going to be regulated?
It will be looked at as more of a suggestion on safely trading than a rule I believe, so I am not sure it would work the way you intended. Would someone who trades 600M at one with an OMM be banned, or would the person just not get a refund if they do get scammed?

This is my view also, and I believe it had been briefly discussed before.

To a point that was raised above. Putting a cap on the value of a trade that an OMM can middleman is stupid. Most trades of high value (RSGP) are traded through WU. If a limit was to be implemented, the WU fees would be astronomical and make trading in volume pointless.
