x2Guide is as said, it includes various pictures of flips and pretty well laid out guide. It goes over the basics of flipping and what it is. It also includes how to flip effectively and even items that are good for flipping.
Following the guide effectively could lead to great prophet, definitely if you have many mils to flip with.
I'd rate the guide 4/5 overall it has a good deal of information. You may be able to find some similar guides for free, but this one has some extra things such as a "formula" of sorts on buying items.
