Omfg peterthemerch scammed me $231USD!!!

We done talked on msn (but I belived him that he had transfered an closed chat because he said he had to go but It was all done)
We were going to use a MM but because he has soo many vouches I decided to trust him, we decided to do paypal claim and cancel so I payed him in:

He walked me through claim an cancel and told me to send screen shot of it completed I sent him this:

Then he made me buy all supplies to tranfer an ags + an armardyl helmet, he told me to buy prayers food dhide (normal bh gear)
and then I gave him pass he went on told me to keep quite for about 10 mins
then when I got on this what I found on account excatly as I found it:

Omg sythe people like this need to be stopped he has so many vouches and yet still not trustworthy!, please this aint a lot of evidence but I gt proof that he definitely payed and a bit of proof that I recieved nothing I hope to god PayPal accepts the claim

 

If that even is his PayPal (Dennis Tran), anyone could just send money to him and then take it back, as you have done. There is no proof of a Claim + Cancel, and no chat logs of you doing a Trade with him either. I don't see evidence of a Private Message. You haven't supplied sufficient proof of your ENTIRE Bank and your Grand Exchange History. You didn't even Claim + Cancel the money either, as there is nothing sitting in your Resolution Center.
