    @abiezer Can you elaborate on why you are listing accounts for sale in your server if you do not own them?

    Also, it appears (per your own words) you indicated you were responsible for the account, seen in the transcript (however I no longer am able to access the transcript you provided).

    There appears to be sufficient evidence provided indicating that OP lost access to the account he purchased, shown here:

    @Kanye Brother, when the client opened the ticket in my discord, it was clearly specified that the published account belonged to a friend, who is Paul, I attest to this, that means that I was in the exchange that they would carry out.
    Now you could see on the ticket when the client makes the payment, Paul and the client agree to transfer the jagex laucher, but if you can see it is Paul who transfers it from his PC, obtaining the client's verification code that he himself sent him He proceeds to confirm that everything in the account is in order, he gets a black mark and it was questioned on my part towards the seller who is Paul, and the buyer client is notified that if he did not agree the money would be refunded, he Paul decides to keep the account, on the ticket he specifies the reason for the sale when the customer asked, that establishes who is the owner of the account.

    If you can see, when they transfer the laucher to the client it is the same key, which was valid for 5 days, I specified in the ticket that I had to change the password and authenticate the account for security, since jagex laucher works with several open sections, which means That at the time of transferring the email, Paul and the client had said sections open, what makes me question is why if the client already obtained all the data, why did he not make a password change immediately?
    I was only the person who was guaranteeing that both parties obtained the product and closed the deal. Another observation I made to the client is because he did not leave his guarantee in my discord regarding the purchase of said account, but he answered that he was not very happy. because it had a black mark, but if he was not very happy with the deal because he did not accept the money back, he was not forced to buy said account otherwise it did not seem to him

    @abiezer You are responsible for the accounts you list/sell, which is why it's important to understand who you are working with/dealing with.

    - You listed this yourself in your discord
    - You collected payment it appeared in the transcript
    - You specifically stated this in the transcript
    - There is no TOS surrounding this account sale

    It is evident here & here that this user lost access to what he purchased and it appears the Jagex account was disabled & the character was transferred.

    You cannot just sell something for someone else and when scenarios like this develop you remove yourself from being responsible for what occurred in your server. This individual went to you/your server trusting you with this purchase. You will need to refund OP what he paid for the account. Unfortunately, additional wealth/items obtained/etc. is not something staff takes into evaluation.

    Please let me know when this is done.
