How they scammed: out of the 5 accounts i was sold 3 had already been claimed for the rs membership, messaged them as soon as I found out, didn't get a response till the next day, was told would be sorted in about a hour and got nothing back now I'm being ignored.
normally for this small amount I wouldn't waste staffs time but the thread looks like this is happening to everyone.

I've purchased from them and haven't had any problems. There is currently a bug where Primes are being shown as claimed that I ran into but just closing and redoing everything fixed it. Hopefully that fixes your issue but of course I can be wrong.


Edit: Just took a look at their thread. Saw a few extra comments about being scammed. Now i'm unsure.

 

Please don’t infract - just delete if not useful

During the LAST prime membership event , after you claimed one, the others would look & say claimed BUT what you need to do is use different browsers & close each of them before opening another, you can also just keep changing IP address if you wanna use same browser. It’s a weird bug try it out first this probably will solve it @GPSwap

I use private browsing along with a vpn for setting these up as I did last year because of that issue and that was my solution, but just for good measure I just tried with a different browser not on private and on a different ip and still showing as claimed

sorry, was away due to personal issues. everyone that has a problem please contact me on discord i will refund the osrs gp or get you hooked up with new accounts.

to clear things up, the guy who i was working with, we have a google drive document with all the accounts in there and it seems like he forgot to delete accounts he already sold therefore i have like 5 customers we had dupe accounts.

once again contact me on discord and we will resolve this issue.
