I haven't played RS in a while; what's changed besides EOC and some graphic updates? Im just curious.

Basically everything. RS3 has a NIS which allows you to customize how you play a lot.

Yup exactly, fully customisable.

Combat triangle works now, defence and armours are vital now as well.
