Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
I was buying a lot of gold etc. at the time and my bank had believed there some sketchy activity and had therefore froze several funds which caused others that I've bought gold of to believed I have charged them back but that isn't the case at all.
When I was speaking to LD to help him get his funds back I did tell him I phoned my bank up several times to help make sure he got his funds back as quickly as possible (have shown him logs of phone call with Natwest fraud team) and to get this issue resolved as it was affecting my trading on sythe as well.
Anything else you wish to say:
Don't believe I should have even been given a TWC without any compelling proof that funds were missing from other people's accounts and that to without evidence of the reason.

 

Are you disputing your TWC as in you disagree with receiving a TWC or are you trying to get rid of it as you believe you've had it for long enough?

I've looked at everything and there is no evidence whether the funds were frozen by your bank or if you attempted a chargeback. You were initially given the TWC as a result of the suspicious behaviour, however reviewing it again it seems you made an effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I'm going to remove your TWC, however needless to say if this issue happens again then that would be a basis for one.
