Ok plz unban me plz?

Ok i know its my fault my msn and sythe acc got hacked but i have resumed possesion of my account,

Because someone has scammed people im Willing to refund the people who got scammed but they must have evidence, im not giving hand outs

so when iv refunded whats been scammed will i be un-banned?

also yes i made dellboy59 for a goood reason, i purchased a xbox (gone first) and needed to find out when he had sent as his msn was broken (check the PM) thanks,
