No, it's all about how you play/what you say, and above all how you act and moderate yourself against the community. If someone calls you a noob you pretty much respond with . Not "rofl you're the noob" Once they see that they know you're not fit for pmod. So don't call people noob if you want a higher chance of becoming a P-mod and it's all based on your actions.

Ive talked to a level 3 skiller that was a mod.
So no they dont just pick high leveled players.

I know kids irl.. who had pures.. under 700 total lvl mods.. its honestly just if you report and the person honestly did something and if you dont report every little thing..
Just all depending on how much you accualy help..
(IE: Reporting "your mom" compared to "F Ll C K Y O U")

So you want them to pick some level 40 with no skills over 50? People like to ask player mods questions about the game also and not get a response like "lol wat r u talking about?".

It shows that most pmods have atleast 1 99 skill or close 2 that.

I saw a level 53 P-Mod, and a few who have rather low skill levels as well. They are all very nice people though, I can't say a bad thing about them. The begging P-Mod though... should just... lose his crown already.

No, you havent really settled it, you've given me more proof that they don't pick players who report alot.

You see, this level 3 has a total lvl of 1064, has 99 fishing, 99 cooking, 99 woodcutting, 99 fletching, 99 firemaking and 90 mining

Also 73 farming and how the hell did he get 53 slayer and stay lvl 3
