You must've turned all your graphic settings to the shittiest they could be, just like the 'RainCape Glitch'

Been there done that.

This "bug", does only occur on certain worlds i think. Pretty surprised this isnt fixed, jagex could fix this rather than fucking up the skill interface for fun.
