OGV rank

I think that anyone who is an OGV should have a special rank to show that they are official. Some people dont read stickies. -_- I think that this could clear up some possible confusion.

I believe Karl made it clear in the original Bringing Back the OGVS thread that they would receive no special rank.

I am an OGV and I don't think we need one. We all didn't apply before for a rank, but to help the community.

We only have a "job" here in a very small section of the forum. I see no reason to display that everywhere (vs OMMs who cover the whole market, etc)
