I left a review last night, but I'd like to update/expand on my experience. OGEdge.com was on the very bottom of my list of sites I wanted to purchase from due to a horrible customer service experience last time I bought an account. I bought an account just to play a few games with a low-ranked friend for a night, but the email that was supposed to have the account details in it only had a blank text document. Whether that was an issue with settings on my computer or something, I have no idea. But when I contacted OGEdge he was a complete douchebag about it. I didn't get my account information until several hours later, at which point it was essentially useless to me.

Yesterday I bought another account and I can say, when you're just buying something from their site that requires no communication with them everything's just fine. But after I posted on here with security issues on accounts that he's selling, I received another douchey PM from him. The last of which is him sending me my own IP address/username/email address, not sure if he's threatening me or what.

Anyways, I'd advise not doing business with these guys.

 

The "several hours later" to resolve your issue was less than 1.

Suggest reading what you posted and comparing how you acted and how I did to include your profanity. You spammed us acting like an idiot in multiple places hence the tone of my responses. You claimed it took hours to resolve your issue when it was resolved in less than 1. I am simply responding to each of your comments, not starting new ones. You have however reminded me of the level of trash that seems to come from this forum and I thank you for that.

Go play in traffic and move on.

 

"Spammed" and "Acted like an idiot" because I contacted you on three platforms (your words not mine, I don't recall the third but maybe it happened) to receive what I paid for. I was polite in each until an hour after the purchase when I still hadn't received my details, at which point I said "this is a pain in the ass." because it was. You still haven't answered my question about PMing me with personal info, what was that about?

Also according to those screenshots it took just under three hours before an admin copy/pasted the info to me from the text document which wouldn't open on my end.

 

You contacted support at 725pm and were responded to at 824pm and given the login info in a second response 3 minutes later. Refer to the screen shot you just said took hours.

Sythe admin/mods have been contacted regarding you and I am not responding further. Feel free to discuss any remaining issues with them.
