Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I was just trying to avoid being scammed by the other person he'd recovered his account during the swap.. i had no access to neither of the accounts even the account i originally swapped mine for, maybe i could of handled it better

Anything else you wish to say: im sorry i've spent the past month going over all the rules.. i'd just like another chance.
