There are many ways to get around DDoS attacks for a bot client. They could feed the data into five or six backup servers and have it read from there in case there is downtime on the main domain. And especially considering people, including myself, actually paid for Tribot, I'm fully confident it'll be up soon. DDoS attacks are getting old.

 

*gasp* dont suggest that!... the sythe community will flame you for such ridiculous idea's..

 

I find it gay, that there has been no update on the situation what so ever.

The ddosers are stupid tho. They do not understand they are affecting their own country.

Why?

Most botting website that getting ddosed right now are either Americans or Europeans botting website.

It reduce a huge amount of native botters that would probably sell the gold for a revenue which would bring money to their own country.

Instead, the ddosers take down these people and let chinese run their own private bots and take over the botting market which allow Chinese to run a lucrative market and make their own country have a huge revenue from it because said money goes back to the system and feed their country.

So it affect the system way more than ddosers think.

Right, so while we wait for this to come back, since I haven't bought it yet can someone tell me the best scripts currently available for it purely as a money maker? Gonna start up a mule or two and play legit to prep for botting. E.g. if there's a good pure ess script I'll do Rune Mysteries and get 30 Mining. Cheers

 

Is there a way to retrace ddosers so we can make them pay?

 

Geek's ess miner is pretty good. He just posted it so there's a couple bugs but he's fixing them quickly when the bot comes back online.

Yes, there are ways, but I would imagine they would try cover their tracks halfway decently. It is a federal crime to be involved in a DDoS attack in most countries.

I am botting as we speak on my private bot. Only problem is that i am too lazy to code random events .

This is why i want tribot to be back. Otherwise i might just code all randoms and stick with my bot and never go down again.

 

DDOSERS are probably running a private bot and want to keep the gold price up.

 

Commenly blamed person is Paris from powerbot.
He has good reasons and done it before.

 

This. And/Or they are gold farming from a foreign country and decided it would be more profitable to hit all the major bots with DDOS attacks. You would need a lot of money to sustain these attacks. Or a possible conspiracy theory: it's Jagex, who obviously have the cash to crush these bots and bot creators and have not hesitated to do so before.

 

Cant wait to have news from Trilez to see how he will react to all this.
