    i believe official mms should be free and not charge a fee. That is one of the main reason scammers thrive on this site. Someone says "will you use officilal mm" scammer says "no i dont pay fees" then when one offers a regular free mm the scammer merely says "i dont trust them". However if official MM's didnt charge a fee not as many people would be scammed because someone trusted is there. Another reason is some people dont even have paypal accs to pay for an OMM so when they want one they cant although they could mail it but i doubt the scammer would stick around.

    A lot of the time, you can find a trusted MM that will do the job equally as well, and free. :O

    also use badger191 he is a mod and free.
    Also use benwise90. Same thing.

    Officials can provide their services for free, it's up to them. They aren't forced to charge.
