Yeah, as stated above, my inbox is almost always full. I tend to keep it that way, since for whatever reason, people still send me requests to lock their threads and do other mod stuff for them >.<

I don't know about reserving services, but if I'm on when you need the trade done, you're welcome to ask. With WU, I generally charge a flat fee of 10m.
