Offical Runescape Account trading/buying Contract

hello all,
To stop scammers from taking things that are not theres download and make them sign this. If they sign it they will have to bear witness that they have signed a legal document. and if they try to cheat it will be upto you to prosecute or do nothing. I made this Contract to help honest people like me to try to make real trades. I have been scammed already. And I do not like it Thank you.

How to Fill it out and Use:
Fill it out like a regular contract
If something does not apply type N/A
And Save the the filled out contract under Proof (be sure this happens to both partys)

Eh, just cause you write something on a piece of paper does not make it legally binding...

Also, either way nobody cares, you report if you get scammed.

Agreed, also I advise the writer of this to not even submit it, a lot of people will go bitching at him.

The guide was badly written, and you didn't include pics. Even for your first guide... It sucks.
