Offering level 107 main for elite pure

Hi, this is tehdragons here, and I am selling a level 107 main account with decent stats for a very good pure. Here are my strict requirements for it.

Must be a PURE
Must have lower than 20 defense(1-19)
Must have 2 COMBAT stats with a level higher than 90(91+)
Must have at least 3M in coins

My account has a total level of almost 1600, and around 200 or so quest points. I'm offering that main for this pure.
