    offensive language

    If you say a offensive language or talk about things that are against the rules in runescape by a private message rather then the regular chat, can you still receive blackmarks?

    If the person you PMed reported you, then yes, you can still get an offensive language blackmark.

    Someone was on my account and got me a 3 day mute ban because my account said "Heil the Fuhrer" in clan chat :/
