Offenses, just magically disapear? :)?

i used to have like 7 black marks. or something....

i had a breaking rule 1 for calling a kid a t)ick head (remeber when jagex didn't censor that :P) because he said monkey madness was hard and started calling me a noob.

i also had a perm mute because i let my friend share it with me, then he said something like i fucking pwn u fucking noob, and got me perm muted, i was able to apeal that easy. My account has been locked several times (About 4 months ago i had a constant battle with someone trying to recover my account, got 3 months free membership out of it tho) I have sorta been account sharing for the past 2 years. and yet everything is fine, and the offense i did have disapeared.


Also my first account got banned at level 58. (i asked a mod to mute me and he said he could only do it if i broke the rules, then i said well i scammed full rune the other day) Anyways like 2 years later i logged on and i had that offense and it said i couldn't apeal becuse there was no evidence. they did however give me a last chance apeal :P


Anyways i just think its awesome that my account has nothing against it randomly :P
 
Yeah. I had 11 black marks. I went back on an account I hadn't played on in ages. I had none. :) Love it.
 
Is Jagex getting generous because of maybe you had mems? Idk ,but Thats pretty tight.
 
I remember something like this happening on my account once. He had a black mark for impersonating a moderator, and I quit for like a year and a half. I came back, and guess what? I had every mark removed.

By the way, they may have updated the offence system, and removed all marks; I don’t know, it is strange though.
 
Yeah, I think it happens yearly maybe? I had a few black marks last year for cussing people out lol .. then, 1 black mark got removed ... hoping to get some more off .. at 2.1 atm :s.
 
I remember one day (i wasn't playing RS already) like half year ago or even more, Jagex screwed up an update or it was bug, and alot of peoples has been unbanned or unmuted without any reason, so maybe thats why you don't have any more offences :$
 
no actualy offences do go away after awhile, so yeah prety much everyone of the offenses can disapear it just takes a bit FIRST POST:P
