Off site market users violations.

I administrate a few different digital marketing discords and hubs.

I have had a user who buy and sells through the market and k am assuming through sythe saw doxxing other members in a toxic way over sales.

My queatiin is, is there a part of the forum that I report this with UID so mods here can take precautions with this user?
