    I'm going to conclude this report here due to the number of off-site reports on @Chilean Seller / @Pandita currently, and the fact that @Chilean Seller has ignored this report for an hour while DNT'd. Banned them both, but if those off-site issues get resolved, then the user can dispute here, however if the user did scam quit, then he will have to pardon on Sythe after refunding what he owes (if that ever happens).
