Proof of same person: Same discord is advertised on sythe and on dreambot. Both has the discord LycenTheDead#5500 and we can see here: Buying Barrows-ready account Rested 60/60/60 and 66 Mage Accounts!

on top of that they both have fairly identical join dates on dreambot and sythe (2 weeks difference), both has the same pfp and they share interest in botting and they have the same sensivity on name (capital LTD)

I assume this is a valid report since i followed the template to report an offsite scammer, but im not done here. It seems there's a high profile sythe user that owns this account.

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : They are on ip audit yes, but i can see they both have the audit .159 which is very likely a home ip
Both has the same date of birth (days and months though) and they share the same interests. There has also been a "coincidence" of him joining the same day as his banned acc, heres the proof:

We can see that BigGates from Mafioso confirmed that Exxistential joined on an alt 03/22/2020 and the same acc who was "inactive" for ages suddently joined this exact date as BigGates said as we can see on the second gif, the join date was taken from the discord bot statbot.
We can also see that the second gyazo was fetched from MrMaulers server because the server id fetched from gyazo and MrMaulers server are the same

 

If Sythe staff requires me to respond, I will.

This report is invalid. You are accusing me of a ban for scamming & harassment. Neither are true. Those aren’t even the ban reasons for the reported account you linked.

You are grasping at thinks to take me down with you, since you were banned yesterday.

I’d rather this stay civil, so I will await Staff’s response and requirements from me. Thanks!

After reading Exxistentials reply to the report I’m assuming he’s showing accountability for both accounts as he never addressed the accounts individually. Not sure either why he said he would wait to reply as he has stated already he has talked to video to explain.

These were both refunded. I even paid Articron multiple times over the 10m as an apology and we are on good terms.

The ban was not for scamming. If you read the report, I received temporary warnings for everything except for allegedly account sharing, which was due to a statement I made being taken out of context.

Nezzima’s final post on the report states it:
10 warning points (permanent) for allegedly sharing accounts with a user named clockwork.
This was because we had a group wherein Clockwork made us tutorial accounts, and we were running a fishing farm (which I can divulge now since some time has passed).

The ban was unfair, to the extent that moderators helped me write my appeal.
But since the appeal required a unanimous decision, it has been sitting in the appeal section for over a year. Since they cannot agree on whether to keep me banned unanimously.
