PC on a beast Oldschool lvl 3 skiller

What would I be able to get for a level 3 skiller with 8! 99's, over 150M total experience as well as 1200+ total level?
It also has loads of holiday untradables, as well as castle wars items incase you would ever decide to make it a pure.

 

Holiday untradeables are available to everyone, so that doesn't do anything to the value.
However, it depends on what the 99's are. Anywhere from $200-400 though.

 

Yeah well it has 8 99's, cooking is one of them though. Also has 2 more skills close to being 99.

 

Yeah, entirely reliant on which skills are 99 imo.

 

Herblore, hunter, woodcutting and crafting, to name a few. Pretty sure you can figure out the other ones on your own as they're the common ones that everyone has.

 

300$ - 500$ atleast

 

Was wondering if an account like this would be worth more as a lvl 3 skiller, or as a zerker/pure
