"Ocedaz" justification

hey guys
so what happened was I was buying ikov gold (runescape private server) from a guy I don't even remember his name, anyways it was a very expensive trade around 270 USD and the seller of the gold was very very hesitant on using his MM called "harleigh" or something who was reputable but in my opinion careless (maybe just with this trade). anyways during the transfer harleigh got caught by playermods on ikov and we all got banned, I did refund it and I always have admitted it not because the mm didn't get banned, ultimately I didn't receive my goods due to the laziness and proper diligence of a trade. he ended up reporting me to sythe for charging back even though I didn't win. so I lost my sythe account and 270 USD. I never got a proper chance to appeal because I quit games for a long time, but now I am back.

in ikov if you get caught for breaking rules you get sent to jail so a mod speaks with you, this is harleigh sending me a picture of him in jail proving he got caught on a lvl 3 mule.

I have ran a league of legends elo boosting business for a while and have attained over 20-30 vouches from customers, ive never scammed anyone and never will.
im dearly sorry, not saying its totally his fault but I did what I think most people would have done. I regret not taking it to sythe in the first place to get it resolved.
